Hello my friends,

I have no words to thank you the amazing response to the request to make TheFavouriteShowcase a Super Group again.
Our donation box is almost full and, without a doubt, in the next year we will continue to have our activities which depend to have a subscription, like our Monthly Theme, where we need to use the Poll Widget.

To those who have contributed here thefoundersfavourite.deviantar… goes my deepest appreciation.
As promised you'll get your recognition before Xmas, as a thank you for making this group a better place.

L. C. Bailey, Male, United States, Birthday 10th October

"I study visual psychology. The science of perception. I am driven by a traumatic experience that left me with limited use of the right hemisphere. The creative center of your brain. I lost the ability to paint, and draw 15 years ago because of an autoimmune disease that lead to a collapsed artery in my brain.

I study and explore the human mind, and body to understand how we perceive and create art in attempt to regain my creative talents. While I still retain all of my training and knowledge as an artist my ability to use it creatively is severely limited. I have developed a system to assist me with the creative process so that I can continue to create art. I use these methods to teach art, and help people recover lost abilities even those not associated with art.

In my work I combine traditional fine art techniques/styles with modern graphic design. I paint nonrepresentational works mostly because it is more suited to health and wellness. It can be beneficial to both the viewer and the artist. Non representational work often requires interaction, processing, and recall which can make the art personal on all perceptual levels.

Nonrepresentational art is not about illusion. It is not pictorial. It makes no claims to be or represent something else. It is more than aesthetic. It can affect us in many ways because it address the physical, intellectual, and emotional areas of our brains subjectively based on our own experiences. Allowing everyone the freedom to interpret the work individually.

I would love for you to have a look at my work, and let me know how you interpret it?"
